Business Process Review
We begin every project by conducting a Business Process Review with key staff members prior to any software configuration. During this time, we document current practices, identify operational gaps and/or inefficiencies across the organization. We layer in potential solutions as part of our documentation. Upon acceptance and approval of management, we use this documentation to optimally configure a new ERP platform.
Selection & Design
The business process review provides a framework for the selection, design and configuration of the software. Although ASC Partners is a solution reseller, we objectively partner and guide clients to select the optimal solution for their business.
A lead consultant is assigned to the implementation with the support of additional ASC Partners staff as needed. After configuration, we personally train our clients and assist with any custom documentation requested. At the time of go-live, we allocate resources to make the transition as smooth as possible. We understand that business change can be inconvenient and disruptive, so our team has created efficient processes that allow for well-planned, well-managed and well-designed implementation strategies.
